but Hosta Hill has seemed to hit the mark whatever it is they do. Absolutely terrific products. I recommend giving them a try at the farmers market, they are very pleasant dealer to support.
I am a fermented food aficionado and have tried just about every product on the market. Hosta Hill kraut is simply excellent, all their flavors actually though the garlic scape is a particular favorite and now since trying their Kimchi at the Union Square Farmers Market I don't know how I lived without it. Some krauts are too salty, or too crunchy or too watery
