We stayed here in 2015 and again in October of 2017. Each time we found the place just fine and the owners very accommodating and friendly. Those folks who expect to stay in Peter the Great's winter palace need to adjust their expectations accordingly. This motel is a good value for the money in an otherwise expensive area. If one wants Waldorf Astoria rooms then you'll need to pay Waldorf Astoria prices.
Not fancy. Pool is closed. But small, clean rooms and free breakfast. Easy on the wallet. The location is pretty too.
You get what you pay for. This is inexpensive place to lay your head. Basic no frills needs updating but just what was needed
The bedroom area was clean, but very dated. There are a few other options in similar pricepoints that look better maintained. Bathroom looked dirty and the sink leaked. Would not return.
This budget accommodation is a great value for its class. Owners/staff are friendly, and the continental breakfast exceeded my expectations, including bagels, coffee, juice, and a modest selection of fresh fruit. The room I stayed has a small refrigerator. Motel is conveniently located in the Berkshires near Tanglewood and other sights. Check-in/check-out/parking was all a breeze. Thanks.
